The Leadership Accelerator is our most comprehensive team intervention. It is an intensive, experiential, 9-month cohort program designed to accelerate your Homerun Hitter's leadership development, securing their name in your organization's Hall of Fame! The program has three foundational goals:
- Accelerate leadership development
- Get leaders out of the weeds
- Build and nurture a team culture of radical ownership

How is the Accelerator Different?

Because our leadership development occurs in the laboratory of the team versus the classroom of a facilitator, cohort leaders are equipped and empowered to partner with and lead their team through the change effort. Our process enables cohort leaders to get âreal timeâ feedback on the impact of their intervention and provides the opportunity to adjust their approach. With a dedicated coach in the role of trainer and guide, cohort leaders develop competencies and create processes that can be utilized in current and future change efforts.
