Over the course of my executive career, I had the privilege of leading people/culture integration of five mergers and multiple turnarounds. I can tell you that irrespective of the organization, most of the people did not believe the organization needed to change. Nevertheless, they were on the verge of seeing the organization’s legacy become a corporate disaster story.
