Someone once wrote, “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but rather those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” Fear, uncertainty, and affection for the status quo are often blamed for failed change efforts, but an often-overlooked culprit is the organization’s culture. Change the Culture, Change the Outcomes will walk participants through a proven process for executing culture change while also providing a model for leading any organizational change. Infused with research, humorous stories, and real-life examples, this highly interactive workshop will be both a personal & collective journey that allows participants to depart with practical tools to assist them.

ENGAGING IN DIFFICULT DIALOGUE

We have all experienced these physical responses when under stress and few situations are more stressful than the anticipation of engaging in a difficult discussion. Nevertheless, mastering the art of handling these conversations is critical to maintaining and strengthening our relationships. Engaging in Difficult Dialogue is designed to provide you skills necessary to approach even the toughest conversations with confidence; allowing one to move from difficult to collaborative, from breakdown to breakthrough. By utilizing humorous lecture, small group discussions, and interactive exercises, this workshop will be a journey that allows participants to depart with a framework for effectively engaging in difficult dialogue.
